By John Miller Verified| Taos News Verified At the regular Village of Taos Ski Valley council meeting March 21, several Taos County residents spoke in opposition to a proposed ordinance that would require permits for overnight parking lot near the base of Williams Lake Trail, a historic access route into Carson National Forest. Owing to the number of Taos Ski Valley and nearby residents who requested time to speak at last week's meeting, which was held over Zoom, Mayor Chris Stanek voted to postpone consideration of the ordinance.
