To catch a last glimpse of them, look to the western sky in the early evening hours. As we get closer to the summer solstice, the sun is setting later. It doesn’t get dark enough for stargazing until 8:30 or 9 p.m. If you face west at that time, you can still spot the belt of Orion. Orion’s stars are still high enough that you can see the whole constellation. The “V” shape of Taurus, the bull is here too.
