Phoenix bought the former Husqvarna facilities in Nashville last year following the announcement that the local operation would be closed.

  • Developing Howard County board gets updates

Economic Development Director Vanessa Weeks said Howard County has been re-certified as an Arkansas Act Work Ready County. “We’re the first in the area to be re-certified,” she said. The designation reflects a qualified workforce in the county that will be prepared for future employers. Weeks will become a member of the Arkansas Economic Developers and Chamber Executives.
