Yet, the Eagles were able to persevere and top the Firebirds 54-42 at Classic in the Country at Hiland High School. Notre Dame (12-4) finished with 29 turnovers.

The Eagles led wire-to-wire Sunday, topping Warrensville Heights 56-30 at Classic in the Country at Hiland High School. Notre Dame (11-4) led 5-0 and 8-2 early. The Eagles pushed the lead as big as 15-4 as NDA was able to slow down a fast Warrensville Heights (14-2) team from the get-go. "It was an interesting start for us," NDA coach Travis Galloway said.
