Once I have a solid understanding of what it is they want to do and what they need to learn, I take a look at tides and weather reports and figure out where we’re going to go and how we’ll be fishing that area or areas. I then make myself a few notes in my phone, just to keep me on track. But after I do that, I start over from scratch. What if that plan doesn’t work for some reason?
