According to the Renton Police Department, the shooting took place around 5:30 p.m. April 13. The department reports that the victim was in a car that fled the scene and drove to the 700 block of Rainier Avenue South, where they stopped for help. At the scene, one victim was deceased, and the other was transported to the hospital.
