It’s been 15 years since I moved to London and landed my first job in journalism, before going freelance in 2015. Since then, I’ve learned a lot about running an agency and juggling the media relationships that come with it, all while hitting tight deadlines over and over. I have been surprised by my growing resilience - plus how much better I work under pressure! I'm in my element when chatting to other people and discovering their stories - both the highs and lows they have been through and how these events have changed their lives.
