Jeremy George Lusk, 38, of Crowley, Wyoming, was charged with travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct, a felony. According to court documents, in January an undercover Bozeman Police detective responded to a post on social media asking if anyone wanted to have sex with a 38-year-old man from Bridger, Montana.

The lawsuit, filed Thursday in Gallatin County District Court on behalf of the William Lewis estate, is the fourth filed against the restaurant following a food poisoning outbreak this spring that sickened 50. The family is represented by Ron Simon & Associates, a Texas-based law firm specializing in food poisoning cases, and Chuck Watson of Watson Law Office in Bozeman.
