Corbin James Derbeque, 19, also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor indecent assault. Judge Paul E. Cherry sentenced him to serve six months to one year in the county jail with four years concurrent probation. Because of the nature of the charges, he will have to register with authorities under Megan’s Law.

Robert William Zortman, 23, was sentenced to four to eight years in state prison with three years consecutive re-entry probation for four felony counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child by Judge Paul E. Cherry. He must complete sex offender counseling and have no unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18 or the victim.
