The master utility study covers the town’s wastewater, water and storm water utilities. In the study, the engineers looked at existing facilities, evaluated the needs of the utilities and came up with three alternatives to address those needs, along with a selected plan.

One of the project leaders, Rob Schulte was requesting for the Spencer County Commissioners to sign off on the final plat for the project. This project was one of the several projects that received county American Rescue Plan Act funds.
