Grundy County Coroner John Callahan said Mariano Kotrba, 24, of Minooka was last seen on April 9 in Minooka and a civilian member of a search team discovered Kotrba’s body in a wooded area near Cemetery Road in rural Grundy County around 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15th. Kotrba was pronounced deceased shortly before 6:00 p.m. Tuesday. Several searches were conducted over the past week.
