Carter Logistics filed a lawsuit in Henry County on April 11 against Jack’s Donuts of Indiana Commissary. In October 2023, Jack’s Donuts opened the commissary— a production and distribution center in New Castle.

    By Kara Kenney Verified| WRTV-TV (Indianapolis, IN) Verified Crews are hard at work in the Martindale Brightwood community.   Citizens Energy is pulling lead service lines out of the ground— the pipes that carry the water from the main water line (typically under the street) to the customer’s home. “We just hit a milestone of 3,000 lead service lines replaced and that is still a small portion of our overall customer base that we believe has lead service lines but it’s exciting to get to that point,” said Ben Easley, a spokesperson for Citizens Energy.
