The plane and a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter collided Jan. 29 as the plane was landing at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington. All 64 people on board were feared dead. In a statement, U.S. Rep. Suhas Subramanyam, D-10th, said one of the victims is Inna Volanskaya, a coach at the Ashburn Ice House.
