Plans for the proposed development began in 2014 when the town acquired 9.44 acres along County Road 25 in the town’s southwestern corner. Located at 24120 C.R. 25, Tramway Park would include about 33 housing units located on roughly 8.5 acres, with a mix of townhouses and detached small single-family homes — or tiny homes.
