She has won awards from The Association of Food Journalists and The Houston Press Club, as well as the label Pseudo-Food XPert from a review subject she'd outed for swiping a competitor's menu and staff. Her work has appeared in Diversion, The American Bar Association Journal, Texas Monthly, OM Times, My Table, LLRX.com, The Houston Press, The Houston Business Journal, PC Family, Real Estate Today, The Houston Post, The Houston Chronicle and The Orlando Sentinel, among others. She is the author of Eat, Drink & Be Wary: Cautionary Tales (9th House); primary author of The Lawyers Guide to Internet Research (Scarecrow Press) and a contributor to The Time Out New York Eating & Dining Guide 2000.
