By Kathy Damrill Verified| KTUL-TV (Tulsa, OK) Verified A revival could be on the way for an Oklahoma landmark along the Cherokee Turnpike in the northeastern part of the state. The geodesic dome-shaped building sits on about ten acres of land in Locust Grove. It used to be a church called Jubilee Ministries. It has been for sale for about six months and is now under contract. The church was founded in the late 1990s by Leroy and Norma Blackwell.
