I'm a journalist who started in radio at college, and grew into television news after school. I started as a producer and grew into executive producer roles, and ultimately began running newsrooms as the News Director. I've worked in Fort Wayne, IN, Moline, IL, Grand Rapids, MI, Indianapolis, IN, San Francisco, CA, Norfolk, VA, Louisville, KY and now in Pittsburgh, PA. Interestingly I worked in Fort Wayne twice as a producer and ultimately returned for my first News Director role. I worked in Indianapolis twice first as an EP, then returned as a News Director. It was there, where my team received Alfred I duPont honors. And we received two Peabody awards in the same year, which was unprecedented for a local television station. I continue to be motivated by powerful storytelling in a platform that continues to evolve.
