(KFVS) - The Scott County driver accused of hitting a kindergartner getting off a school bus sees his case bound over to circuit court. 19-year-old Brice Beussink appeared in court on Friday morning, April 4 and waived his preliminary hearing. The judge then sent the criminal case against Beussink to the circuit courtHe’s charged with a class E felony of failing to stop for a school bus receiving or dropping off children with injury.
