The chapter took 18 members to Waterloo. There were 575 members, advisors, and guests that attended the convention from throughout Northeast Iowa. The gavel dropped at 9 a.m. with opening ceremonies. After the LDEs (Leadership Development Events) were over the new officer district team was announced.

In the Job Interview event, where students complete a mock interview, Carlee Noe earned a silver rating.
