Hi there, my name is Kayla Nelsen. As a reporter at The Great Lakes Echo, I produce environmental news content for a regional audience, using my journalism skills and my environmental studies and sustainability degree from Michigan State University. My passion for environmental journalism and nonprofit work stems from my values of community engagement and health.
