Emergency services were called to a property on Balunie Terrace at around 5.30pm following reports of an injured man. The 36-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital where he died a short time later. Officers have charged a 17-year-old male in connection with the incident. Forensic teams were seen leaving the property on Saturday morning.
