Biography

Ken Johnson, better known as "America's Culturalist," is a an independent writer, lecturer, and author on issues on culture, conflict, and conservation. He started college at the age of 16 and presently holds an AA from Pensacola Junior College (n/k/a Pensacola State College), a BA in Social Science from the University of West Florida, and an MBA from Saint Leo University. Ken also has certification from the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified County Court Mediator and special training as a Restorative Justice facilitator from the College of Professional Studies at the University of West Florida. Ken has served on numerous boards including the Santa Rosa County Marine Advisory Committee where he worked on such projects at the USS Oriskany Artificial Reef Project. He is also the Principal Chief of the Florida Tribe of Cherokee Indians. For his good works, Ken Johnson was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel in 2005.
