Mulvey is transferring from Iowa after spending four seasons with the Hawkeyes under former Siena head coach Fran McCaffery. McCaffery was fired by Iowa at the end of the season. Mulvey has one year of eligibility left. “We are really excited about Riley joining our program,” Siena head coach Gerry McNamara said in a press release.
