Biography

A digitally savvy writer, editor with a proven ability to engage audiences across different platforms. As a self-starter, I have learned to use a plethora of editing software which has aided me in being able to record and edit content for my personal passion projects as well as content for the websites in my current role. I was awarded the Stationer's Company Bursary Award which was granted to me . Outside of my academic accomplishments, I have also interned for an online magazine for which I wrote several articles concerning pop culture and online bloggers from Africa. I previously interned with Cambridge University Press in the marketing department. During this time I took part in a lot of different marketing and PR campaigns for upcoming books as well as editing videos for their YouTube channel. I am a very ambitious, driven person who can take charge and work independently for a deadline. I am very hard working and amicable, this means I work well in a team and I have also been taught to work independently. I would like to think that my determination, proficiency, and motivation will make me a positive prospect for this position.
