According to the city’s , Chief McFarlane has spent 26 years with the City of Miramar Fire Rescue Department and has proudly held each position, rising through the ranks from Firefighter to Driver Engineer, Lieutenant, Captain, Battalion Chief and most recently Deputy Fire Chief.
