Place the dish on the middle oven rack and bake for 30 minutes. Keep an eye on the mixture throughout, so that it doesn’t boil over. After 30 minutes, turn off the oven and let the water cool. Dip a non-scratch scrubbing sponge in the lemon water and use to wipe down the oven door, racks, and oven floor until they’re sparkling clean.
