  • 19-Year-Old Temple Hills Suspect Charged In Laurel Man's Shooting Death

Detectives identified Noe Manrique Garcia-Umanzor, 19, as the suspect in Zecena-Mateo's shooting death on April 1. He has been charged with charged with first-degree murder and other related criminal charges, according to the police department.
