By Kylie Sokoloff| The Temple News Verified Temple has acquired a building on Carlisle Street near 15th for $2 million, adjacent to the site of project “Legacy on Broad,” a 28-story student housing and mixed retail development with more than 20,000 square feet, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported Thursday. The purchase of the building was approved during the Board of Trustees’ first public meeting of 2025 on Feb. 19 after the university announced its plans for the “Legacy on Broad” project in Fall 2023.
