By Larry Kemp| Daily American Verified I saw something recently that I've never seen before. I went to the post office here in Confluence to mail several letters and to buy a book of stamps. To my surprise, the stamp display case was empty. I asked the lady, "Where are the stamps?" She said she had orders "from up above" to empty the cases. Now I've heard a lot of bad things about Postmaster Louis DeJoy, so I imagine he's behind this foolishness. He's raising first-class postage at the end of August, along with cuts to service.
