When Lars Lonnroth first entered the journalism program at Lyons Township High School, it was love from the start. In addition to the classwork he was assigned for Journalistic writing--the precursor to the actual newspaper--Lars took it to the extreme, writing stories he wasn't even assigned to do. That's what Lars does. Once finding something he loves, he goes full throttle. Hosted the newscast he started for his high school radio station, WLTL, as a freshman. Got into print journalism as a Sophomore, and did whatever he deemed necessary to make his way to the top. That's what Lars does: he works.
