The Halifax Regional Police says an officer saw a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed heading towards Halifax on the Angus L. Macdonald Bridge just before 11 a.m. on Sunday. Police say the vehicle was travelling 110 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
