(KLFY) — Lafayette’s only locally owned alcohol distributor, Schilling Distributing, is joining forces with Folds of Honor to offer two scholarships to local students who have a parent who is a fallen or disabled military veteran or first responder.

This krewe, however, is just for kids. Right now, Krewe de Jeunesse is having a membership drive. Kids and teens ages 9-18 can register now through April 30. Membership gives kids the chance to attend events throughout the year, like the Summer Soiree, holiday socials, and of course, the Mardi Gras ball.
