  • Driver in deadly crash charged with homicide

    By Lillie Boudreaux Verified| WHP-TV (Harrisburg, PA) Verified LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — An East Earl Township woman was charged on Thursday in connection with a deadly car crash that occurred in 2023. Police were initially dispatched along with fire and EMS to a head-on collision on West 28th Highway in Penn Township. Beth Anne Fife, 54, was charged with two counts of vehicular homicide, involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving. Investigators found that Fife was driving 93 mph in a 55 mph zone moments before colliding head-on into another vehicle.
