Constable Barry Ravenek says it's easy for kids to get excited and carried away as they go door to door. "We know kids will get excited, and they'll want to run house to house to collect as much candy as they can, but it's important to remain on sidewalks and cross the street at designated crosswalks and traffic-controlled intersections," he says.
