  • Town Council recap for May 5

    By Lisa McCullough| Carlyle Observer Verified Carlyle town council had a meeting on May 5. Many items were discussed at this meeting, such as the mill rate for the year. The mill rate for 2021 is at 8.7 mills, which is up from last year’s 8.0 mills, but with property revaluations, residents should notice a decrease in their property tax levy. Notices will be mailed out in mid-May.
