  • Ibudilast effective, safe in patients with progressive multiple sclerosis

Fox, MD, FAAN, neurologist, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH, presented results from a phase 2 study of ibudilast for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, during the Clinical Trials Plenary Session. Dr. Fox and colleagues studied the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of ibudilast in 255 patients with primary or secondary progressive MS for 96 weeks.
