Biography

Loren Korn is a native Texan who joined the News 6 team as a reporter in May 2014. She was born and raised in Houston and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Journalism. She studied for six months in Granada, Spain before landing her first job as a multimedia journalist in Bryan/ College Station, the home of Texas A&M University. Loren then worked as a morning anchor/reporter for a station in Waco, Texas before becoming a main anchor for the CBS affiliate in Corpus Christi, Texas.
