The children also had the chance to explore Santa's workshop and purchase gifts for their families for $5 or less. Buddy the Elf and Jovie were also present at the event. The Santa Social was open to the community.

From 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Santa took time away from his job at the North Pole to enjoy pancakes, sausage, and eggs with children from the Allen County area. Of course, the kids were able to tell Santa one more time what they would like for Christmas and get their photo sitting on his lap.
