The final day of fun took place at the marina of Pickwick Landing State Park as the boat show comes to an end.@ The two-day event includes exploring boats, tasting good food, and listening to great music. There were food trucks on site and even a lake-side beer garden. Music for the weekend’s event was provided by artists Steve Hopper and Richard Provencio.

  • First Presbyterian Church in Jackson hosts Palm Sunday

The First Presbyterian Church located at 1573 North Highland Avenue held its Palm Sunday service this morning.@ The service included a traditional palm processional where congregation members walked outdoors with a blessed palm frond to hear a special message from Pastor John White.
