Mitchell Elementary School for the top 75 third-grade artists who participated in our annual Nogales International Drawing Contest, the largest pool of winners in contest history. The following Saturday morning, the NI and Green Valley News/Sahuarita Sun presented trophies to the 19 finalists of our fourth annual AZ19 Most Influential Youth Awards.
