Biography

Marc Schulman holds both a BA and MA from Columbia University. He is the author of the website Historycentral.com (on the web since 1995.) Marc authored 20 History CD-Roms in the 1990’s. More recently he has been responsible for the development of 70 iOS smartphone/tablet apps. He is the primary content author for MultiEducator's history apps, and has coded the some of the more recent apps (including FDR:Historymaker.) Marc has been President of MultiEducator, Inc. since 1993. In addition, Marc has written and published two books: JFK: HistoryMaker and A History of American Presidential Elections. Since 2014 Marc has had a weekly column in Newsweek called Tel Aviv Diaries. He is the Israeli correspondent for Emerging Market Reports and is a frequent paid guest of i24News specializing in the American Presidency and Israeli politics. For the past ten years Marc has been a weekly guest on the Bob Harden Radio Network speaking every Monday morning about foreign affairs. Marc taught History to Middle School students for 4 years, while developing an integrated course in the study of World, American and Jewish history. Marc has also taught at S.U.N.Y. Purchase, where he taught various courses in history for 4 years. He taught a course in economics at Mercy College. In 1997, Marc was elected founding President of the Westchester Fairfield Hebrew Academy (now Carmel Academy). He served as the school's President for 9 years, and then as Board Chair for another 3 years. During that time, Marc supervised all aspects of the development of the school– including raising the funds and purchasing of a $15 million campus in Greenwich CT. Previously, Marc held various positions in both the Jewish and the business/technology worlds – including serving as Asst. VP of the Jewish Agency: American Section, and Director of Special Project of the American Zionist Youth Foundation. Marc is married, has 3 children.
