Marco Milani is a storyteller who has a deep passion for news and sports. Marco also brings print expertise at Skyline College's award-winning newspaper The Skyline View, as a reporter, opinions editor, and participant on their podcast, The Skyline View Sports Show. Additionally, He's hosted two podcasts about sports, both self-produced: Marco Milani on Sports at Academy of Art University, and the KDOG All Sports Show while at Skyline. We see those people on TV with six-packs, flat stomachs, and just completely toned bodies that make us feel embarrassed when we look at ourselves in the mirror. That last part described me, back in January. However, my situation was just a bit different. During Christmas, a month before, one of the things I most wanted was (weirdly), some new slacks. I only had a few pairs, and they were all one color.

  • Our true press freedom is under threat

Despite this, I feel that we are being censored here at Skyline. As the Skyline View’s most recent editorial describes, the writers and reporters of The Skyline View are struggling to get sources from our school.

  • Why going to community college out of high school is a good idea

    By Marco Milani| theskylineview.com@ Congratulations! You’re about to graduate from high school! You have your dream school in mind, and you apply to it. Then you do more research, and at some point see the prices. “That’s really expensive,” you think. So now that particular school is out of the question, you research other schools. You keep seeing ads for the local community college, but you just ignore them, because you want to go to a big name university. However, I am here to tell you that community college is not a bad thing.
