  • Grilled Chicken with Very Herby Couscous and Tahini Yoghurt

By Margie Nomura| DINNER TONIGHT@ At this time of year this is really my idea of heaven. It ticks all the boxes. Quick, delicious, healthy yet satisfying! I love this very herby couscous which is reminiscent of a tabbouleh but not quite the same. You could of course use bulgur wheat in lieu of the cous cous but I personally love cous cous for a weeknight as it’s just so quick and easy. I’ve gone heavy on the herbs, there’s pistachios and lots of lemon in there.

  • Bang Bang chicken bowl with charred corn, salad-y bits and rice

By Margie Nomura| DINNER TONIGHT@ When I was growing up every Saturday we would have what my mum calls “a scrummage lunch” and it was my favourite thing. It’s basically a lunch of lots of different plates of delicious things. There might be plates of cold ham, sweetcorn fritters, sausages, salads and cheese. There could be grilled chicken, or cauliflower cheese, or perhaps boiled artichokes. Or it could just be a simple tomato salad, some crusty bread and some cheese with yesterday’s frittata.
