  • Nebraska Medical Use Remains Uncertain

Under Measure 437, which was approved by 71% of the voters in November, an adult can obtain a written recommendation from a doctor and “use, possess, and acquire” up to five ounces of the plant to alleviate illness symptoms. Gov. Jim Pillen reluctantly signed Measure 437 and its companion, Measure 438, into law on Dec. 12.
