  • Richland awards contracts for paving, sealing of more than a dozen township roads

    By Maria Sosso| Pittsburgh Tribune-Review Verified Richland supervisors awarded the contract for their 2025 road paving program to Shields Asphalt Paving. “Natalie; myself; Mike Kuhn, our public works director; and Scott Shoop, our township engineer, went out and did a road tour of all the roads that are on this list, along with some other ones to come up with what was a bid package that we could afford based on our budget,” township Manager Brian O’Malley said during the April 16 supervisors meeting.
