In all, “203 units are being replaced, based on the age of the units and the work history,” Brittany Morrison, the community director for Redstone family housing, said. “Two pilot units have been done in vacant houses in Columbia Center and some were done because they failed before the start of the project” and that work was done by a local vendor.
