  • YSD Board OKs Bid For Webster Property

    By Mark Mahoney Verified| Yankton Daily Press & Dakotan Verified Yankton School District (YSD) officials said they are pleased to have a purchaser for the Webster Elementary School property. The five-member Yankton School Board on Monday unanimously accepted the high bid of $11,100 from Southfork Premier Properties, LLC, of Meadville, Missouri, for the Webster Elementary property. The only other bid was $2,500 from Empire Wholesale, LLC, of Loretto, Minnesota. “It’s pretty exciting,” said Chareen Gerber, the district’s business manager. “We got two bids.
