Gardasil lawsuit attorneys Bijan Esfandiary, Michael L. Baum, Stephanie B. Sherman, and Monique Alarcon, along with co-counsel Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., filed the complaint for wrongful death in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina (Case No. 1:22-cv-810).
