Lee Hilton, 36, was arrested at the A3 Southbound Wisley service station on Friday, 29 November, and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis. Dash cam footage captures the van being driven erratically by Hilton on the M25, between junctions 11 (Addlestone) and 10 (Wisley). Road safety experts praised the driver for being vigilant and reporting to emergency services.
