As KentLive previously reported, the application for the path in Tunbridge Wells from Stephanie McMahon, who has lived in the area for 40 years, was met with an objection from Cooper Estates Strategic Land. The footpath is between Blackhurst Lane and Sandown Park according to the Public Rights of Way map.
